Hermosa Beach Licensed Psychotherapist
Psychotherapist ~ Adults, Children & Families and Couples
By the time many clients see me they are usually feeling sad, anxious, angry or hopeless to name a few symptoms. I have a simple, direct and warm style of providing therapy. Through Choice Theory therapy, I teach clients how to be their authentic selves, and prepare them with tools that allow them to lead happier and healthier lives.
My special interests and expertise include working with couples who are struggling with communication, often feel misunderstood and just want to be happy again. I also enjoy working with teens who are having a hard time at school or home with relationships, communication and self-esteem.
When we learn to embrace and focus on ourselves instead of others, we come to realize that happiness is our choice and not a decision to be left to others. I can help you find your voice and power to live the life you choose today.
I am bi-cultural and bilingual speaking fluent Spanish.
Couples counseling does not have to be complicated. I strive to help couples learn how to listen to, and communicate, their needs for a healthier and happier relationship.
Teens often feel like they are not heard. By learning to listen to, and communicate, their needs they can learn to live happier and healthier lives.
