My Approach to Therapy
I believe we all have the tools we need inside ourselves to become the best version of ourselves and live a more fulfilled life. However, I also believe life can be messy and can make it difficult to reach these goals. I do a delicate balancing act of holding a safe non-judgmental space for my clients to go at their own pace while gently pushing them to help them get back on track. I utilize an eclectic mix of client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and humanistic interventions to help my clients reach their goals.
