My Approach to Therapy

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have experience working with all ages experiencing various difficulties such as depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, life transitions, chronic illness, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting struggles, identity, substance use, grief/loss, spiritual dilemmas, and many other difficulties often experienced in life.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to overcome current difficulties and find meaning in life and relationships. I provide clients with a safe environment to explore and make changes as desired. I offer a nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe to explore and make desired changes. I work collaboratively with clients, letting client’s lead therapeutic work with guidance as needed. I believe that potential for self-growth and healing is inside each person and with the right support and guidance each individual can obtain their full potential. I work uniquely with each client depending on their needs. I utilize a humanistic approach to my work with clients integrating existential and Jungian ideas, and cognitive behavioral interventions.

It is always an honor to be able to sit with people, hear their story, and witness their growth. I look forward to meeting with you and joining you on this journey.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” – Carl Jung
