My Approach to Therapy
Together we can unlock your natural strength and resilience. I believe in emphasizing strengths and promoting growth by employing an integrative approach to psychotherapy. I feel this allows me to individualize the best possible treatment for each client with particular focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques. It is important to me to work diligently to maintain presence and attunement with clients and I am conscientious, open, and creative. My goal is to take you from surviving to thriving.
