Providing mental health counseling for adults and children age 0 and older
I have ten years of experience working with children, youth, adolescents, older adults and families struggling with mental illness that include anxiety, depression, and with a specialty in complex trauma. I am trained in multiple evidence-based practices including Trauma Focused CBT, Brief Response Crisis, Managing and Adapting Practices, and Seeking Safety. My approach is cognitive behavioral based with Existential roots. In essence, I work with families with changing behaviors but focus on how that change will have a lasting impact on their lives. I have a “whatever it takes” approach and will meet families where they are at as they are the experts of their lives.
Psychiatric Conditions I treat:
- Complex Trauma
- Adjustment Disorders
- Postpartum Depression
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Panic Disorder
