I am trained in multiple evidence-based practices including Trauma Focused CBT, Brief Response Crisis, Managing and Adapting Practices, and Seeking Safety. My approach is cognitive behavioral based with Existential roots. In essence, I work with families with changing behaviors but focus on how that change will have a lasting impact on their lives.
