Alina is clinically trained in evidence-based practices to provide a full spectrum of mental health care services and has extensive experience working in the field of psychology and social work since 2004. She believes in “meeting clients where they are at” during a particular moment in life in which clients need compassionate support and a safe place to share feelings and or thoughts regarding issues affecting their current state of emotional, psychological, and social well-being. My goal is to form organic therapeutic relationships with clients through active listening, mindfulness, strength-based and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in order to empower clients to reach their treatment goals and gain coping mechanisms for maintaining a fulfilling and enjoyable life.
