I am a bilingual, English/Spanish-speaking therapist that helps adults, adolescents, and families navigate the journey of life. I am trained in working with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and incorporate existential and person-centered approaches. I have extensive experience in helping people struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, codependency, perfectionism, family conflicts, self-harming, trauma, and emotion regulation, amongst other issues. In my approach to therapy, I see myself as a guide that provides a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can show up as their authentic selves and begin to heal. I am committed to compassionately helping clients navigate their inner worlds, increase self awareness, and make long lasting changes in order to live more fulfilling lives.

Professional Experience:

Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient
Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to treat eating disorders at a higher level of care. Provided Dialectical Behavioral Therapy interventions to help clients manage eating disorder symptomology and explore underlying issues contributing to the eating disorder. Led many process oriented and psychoeducational groups.

At-Risk Youth
Worked with at-risk youth at an outpatient level of care providing family therapy, substance use counseling, and anger management. Provided weekly groups on anger management, substance use, and coping skills in English and in Spanish.
