My Approach to Therapy
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties with emotion regulation. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership, and I am committed to helping you move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. To support each client’s unique needs and goals, I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
Together, we can identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen effective coping skills, and develop practical tools to manage emotions, navigate challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, but seeking support is a courageous first step. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative environment where you feel understood, valued, and empowered to grow. When you’re ready, I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
