Teletherapy Psychotherapist
My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is integrative, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe healing happens when clients feel safe, understood, and supported in exploring both past experiences and present-day challenges. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities.
I specialize in trauma processing using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients process distressing memories, reduce emotional reactivity, and build internal stability. I integrate CBT and DBT strategies in a practical and supportive way for emotional regulation, thought patterns, and improving coping skills.
When working with couples, I utilize the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, increase emotional connection, and support healthy conflict resolution. Across all work, I emphasize collaboration, empowerment, and respect for each client’s pace and readiness for change.
