My Approach to Therapy
The relationship I build with clients is my priority. I have over ten years of experience working in the County of Los Angeles with communities of all backgrounds and I am continuously driven to assist others in challenging and turbulent moments. As a community mental health therapist, I focused on providing services to probation youth and their families by implementing Functional Family Therapy. I also have experience providing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with children and adolescents. These prevention and intervention models draw from individual strengths and help resolve emotional difficulties. Together we will build the skills that are necessary to obtain a greater sense of self-awareness and a strong foundation for healthy relationships with yourself and others.
