My Approach to Therapy
Alle Rhames Weldy focuses specifically on a Client Centered Approach to Therapy, with the purpose of creating and cultivating an individualized approach for each client, in order to reach a personal and distinctive goal of living a better and more fulfilling life. Alle has spent the last 13 years focused on behavioral health working specifically on the difficulties in life transitions, as well as bettering the overall mental health of her clientele. With experience in addiction, families, couples, children and end of life stages, Alle produces an approach to therapy that engages clients and helps them to feel an ease of comfort in knowing that she (as she describes herself) as “an arm of support” that others can rely and lean on in their journey towards healing and talk therapy. Alle utilizes her abilities to create an environment that matches each client where they are at, in order to achieve realistic goals, long term and short term, and maintain an overall positive outlook for the future. Alle meets each client where they are at presently, to discuss goals as well as look psychodynamically at past traumas that affect current behaviors and patterns. Alle provides a comfortable and loving environment for each client to feel and accept that they are needed, wanted, and deserve a life of improvement and understanding. Alle’s goal is for each client to recognize their importance in their personal lives, improve upon mental well being overall, and engage in life through its hills and valleys. Alle specializes in dealing with past or current trauma, managing anxiety and depression, and focusing upon the step by step approach to achieving an inner growth towards innate acceptance and contentment. Alle specializes in family and children, postpartum depression and anxiety, anger management, as well as grief and the loss of loved ones. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic theories, and Solution Focused Therapies in addition to taking a Client Centered Approach.
