My Approach to Therapy

Professional Experience:
LGBTQ Center of Orange County: I worked with young adults with a variety of mental health diagnoses including trauma, as well as providing letters for gender affirming surgery
Family Paths: I worked with Medi-Cal eligible clients experiencing life transitions such as trauma, divorce, or self-harming. Assisted them with developing positive coping skills and tools.
Charlie Health: I worked at a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program. I provided short-term care for adolescents and young adults going through intense mental health crises including suicide attempts, as well as running groups
