My Approach to Therapy
While my style can best be described as eclectic, I understand that when you come into therapy, it is important that you feel a connection. You want to feel respected, safe, and cared about. I strive to create a non-judgmental atmosphere as we collaborate to manage challenges, create treatment, and accept change. My goal is to not judge you, but understand you while providing you with unconditional positive regard. Among the populations I have worked with are trauma victims, veterans, couples, those with depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse issues, and schizophrenia. With over 20 years in the field, I know that change is possible, and I will be there with you every step of the way.
